Setting up the Award Judge Specialty Drop-Down List

You can use the Award Judge Specialty to track the expertise of the award judges. ”Assigning” a specialty to a judge may assist your organization in using these individuals for future award programs or for finding a speaker with a specific expertise for future speaking opportunities or committee assignments. You can select the Judge Specialty from the Judge Profile.

You can add, edit, or delete drop-down list items from the Award Judge Specialty list from the Awards Information page.

The Award Type drop-down list can also be set up by going to the Administration module > Overview group item and clicking the Awards Set Up hyperlink.

Add an Award Judge Specialty

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly-out menu, click Awards. The Awards Overview page will appear.
  2. Click the Setup hyperlink.

  1. Click the Entry and Judge Info child form tab.
  2. Click the ADD icon on the Award Judge Specialty child form. The Award Judge Specialty Information pop-up form will open.

  1. Enter the award judge's Specialty
  2. Enter a Description of the specialty.

  1. Click the Save button. The pop-up window will close and the award judge specialty you created will appear in the Award Judge Specialty child form.
