Setting Up an Individual's Web Site Password

Create a new Web Site Password for an individual on the Individual Profile. You can also indicate that the individual must change their password the next time they log in to the Web site. Login information can be updated from the Edit Personal Information form and from the Edit Web Password & Login Information form.

To change an individual's Web site password:

  1. Navigate to the Individual Profile.

  2. Hover over the Edit Action Icon at the top of the individual profile and select the Edit Login option the from the drop-down menu.

Tip: You can also update limited login information by selecting the Edit Name and Address option from the drop-down menu. Update the Web login fields in the E-mail and Web Login Information section on the Edit Personal Information form.

  1. In the Web Site Password field, enter a new password for the individual.

  2. If necessary, enter a Start Date and End Date for the password.  This will cause the password to automatically expire after the designated period of time.

  3. To force the user to update their password next time they log in to the Web site, click the Force User to Change Password.

Tip: To disable Web login access for the individual, click the Disable Web Login check box.

  1. Click Save.
