Recording That All Requirements Have Been Met

When a customer has met all certification requirements for a program, it is necessary to select the All Requirements Met flag on the Certificant Profile in order for the customer to be included in the Certifications Batch Processes that update the Certificant’s Status.

Note: To audit requirements for participants, you can run the Requirement Verification Report (See Processing Certification Applications).

To record that all requirements have been met:

  1. Go to Certificant Profile.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Select the new status from the Status drop-down list.
  4. Enter Dates, as appropriate (e.g., Certification Date, Effective Date, Expiration Date).
  5. Select the Status Reason.
  6. Select the Requirements Met check box.
  7. Click Save.
