Viewing Certification and Education Credit Information Online

Customers can view their Certification and Education Credit information online. The information includes customer certification program details, designations awarded, term dates, and education credits earned.

Note: You can print certification and education credit information that is displayed on the eWeb site.

Editing Web Site Content

To allow users to view personal certification and education credit information online, you must first ensure that the Web site is set to allow users to view said information. These settings are saved under the My Professional Development content settings, in the Web Site Editor.

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Web Site.
  2. Expand the Web Site Editor group item. Click Web Site Editor.

  1. In the Web Site Editor , click the Content tab to load Site Structure &Content Settings.
  2. On the Site Structure & Content Settings screen, click the Add Baseline Section button.

  1. The Select Web Sections (Content & Functionality) pop-up window will appear. This screen allows you to choose features to appear on your Web site.
  2. Ensure that the My Professional Development web section is checked. This will cause the My Professional Development section to appear on the Web site, in which users can view their certifications and educational credits.

  1. Click Save to preserve any changes. The Select Web Sections (Content & Functionality) window will close.
  2. Click Save at the bottom of the Site Structure & Content Settings screen.

View Certification and Educational Credit Information

  1. Navigate to the Web site and log in.
  2. Click My Professional Dev on the left navigation menu. The My Professional Development screen will load. The certification and education credit information for the individual displays.

Notice that when viewing the My Professional Development page on eWeb, all CEU credits listed in the My Educational Credits child form will be displayed with the most recently earned credit at the top of the list. The oldest credit earned will be displayed at the bottom of the list. (You may need to run the Web Site Wizard if your credits are not ordered correctly).
