Uploading Subcommittee Documents to be Accessed Online

You can upload committee documents (e.g., Microsoft Word documents), so that they are available from the Committee Profile and also from eWeb.

To upload a committee document:

  1. Go to the Subcommittee Profile.
  2. Click the Notes tab.
  3. On the Documents child form, click Add.
  4. In the Upload Document Information window, click the Upload button.
  5. In the Document Upload window, click the Browse button.
  6. In the Choose file window, select the file and click Open.
  7. In the Document Upload window, enter a Description for the document.
  8. Click the Save/Upload File button to upload the document to the server.
  9. Select the Show Online check box.
  10. Click Save.

On the Documents child form, the Edit icon next to the document allows you to change the Show Online option. The Delete icon allows you to delete the document from the Subcommittee Profile, Documents child form. The Upload button allows you to delete the document from the server.

To delete a document from the server:

  1. Go to the Subcommittee Profile.
  2. On the Notes tab, Documents child form, click the Upload button.
  3. In the Document Upload window, click the Delete Uploaded File button. The file is deleted from the server and also from the Subcommittee Profile.

To view the Subcommittee Document online:

  1. Go to your Web site.
  2. Click My Committees.
  3. Select the Subcommittee. The downloadable document displays in the documents section.
  4. Click the Document Name.
  5. Click Save.

Note: In order to get to the My Committee section of the Web site, the logged in user must be a member of a committee.
