Adding an Organization's Chapter or Affiliate Information

You can record an organization's Chapter or Affiliate association from the Organization Profile.

Adding Chapter Demographic Information

To add the chapter or affiliate information to the Organization Profile record:

  1. Go to the Organization Profile.

  2. Edit the Name & Address Information section.

  3. In the Demographic Information window, select the Chapter/Affiliate from the drop-down list.

  4. Click Save.

You must have set up the Chapter/Affiliate dropdown lists in CRM Setup and, further, enabled the chapter/affiliate dropdown in demographics as well.
