Enabling Automatic Batch Processing

The Automatic Batch process is the method all clients use when first using batch processing in netFORUM. If you specify Manual Batch Management during implementation, for example, a system option is enabled by Abila staff and Automatic Batch Processing is disabled. You are not able to use both processing options at the same time. When you try to Process a Batch automatically you receive the error message below.

To use the Automatic Batch Management functionality, you must indicate during implementation that you want Automatic Batch processing default to remain in place.

After your Customer Success Manager disables the Manual Batch Management system option, Automatic Batch processing will be in place and you will be able to use the Process link going forward. However, you will no longer be able to use the Add link to manually add and process batches. If you attempt this, you will receive the error message pictured below. Note that once you have manual batch processing enabled, you may not return to automatic batch processing.
