Adding an Individual's Relationship to Another Individual
The Relationships to Other Individuals child form in netFORUM indicates how an individual is involved with another individual.
Related individuals could have a personal relationship (individual and spouse) or professional relationship (assistant and manager).
To add an individual's relationship to another individual:
- Navigate to the Individual Profile.
- Click the Relations child form tab and expand the Relationships to Other Individuals child form.
- On the Relationships
to Other Individuals child form, click ADD
.
- Select a Related
Individual by entering all or part of the name and using
the Look-Up
button. To select from all possible individuals in the database,
leave the field blank and click the Look-Up button.
The information you enter will automatically be reflected on this person's Individual Profile, on the Relationships from Other Individuals child form. - Select a Relationship.
- If relevant, enter the Start and End Dates.
- Click Save.
The information shows on the Individual Profile, Relationships to Other Individuals child form (under the Relations tab).
On the other Individual Profile (of the person added), the relationship shows on the Relationships from Other Individuals child form (under the Relations tab).
