Registering an Individual for a Session

To register an individual for a session using the Shopping Cart:

1. Go to the Individual Profile.
2. Click Go Shopping from the Actions menu drop-down.

3. The SHOPPING window displays. At the top of the page, the individual's name and membership status displays.

4. If you know the name of the session, enter the name in the product name field and click Go.

5. To search for a session, in the SEARCH field, select Session and click Go. The session list displays with a price for members and a price for non-members (if both prices have been set up). If the individual is not a member, the member price will be crossed out and unavailable. The ExcludeSessionsFromShoppingCart system option must be set to false to shop for sessions independently in the Online Store. Otherwise, you must add the session through the Event Registration Wizard.
