Sending an E-Mail to Committee Members from Your Web Site
You can send an e-mail message to a single committee member or to all committee members.
To send an e-mail to all committee members:
- Login to your website.
- Click the My Committees link.
- On the My Committees page, select the committee.
- On the Committee information page, to send a single e-mail to a committee member, click the appropriate e-mail address hyperlink for that person.
This opens your e-mail editor. The e-mail address for the committee member automatically populates the To: field in the e-mail.
- To send an e-mail to all committee members, click the E-mail all committee members link.
This opens your e-mail editor. The e-mail addresses for the committee members automatically populate the To:
field of the e-mail.
