Adding a Name to an Existing E-Mail Mailing List

To add a name to an E-Mail Mailing List:

  1. Navigate to the Mailing List Profile.
  2. Click the Add Members button.

  1. In the Mailing List Information form, enter the Sort Name or use the lookup button to choose a name from a list.
  2. If applicable, enter Start and End Dates for the time period you want this name to be on the mailing list.
  3. Click Save. The name is added to the mailing list.
