Hide/Disable Mailing Lists
Mailing Lists can be hidden or disabled by selecting the Hide/Disable Record? check box located at the bottom of the Mailing List Information page.
Once you click the Save button, the form will update and a message will appear at the top informing you this mailing list has been hidden/disabled.
Clicking the Hide/Disable Record? check box and then clicking the Save button will hide this mailing list from being selected or visible in the netFORUM Pro interface.
Finding Hidden/Disabled Mailing Lists
Mailing lists that have had their Hide/Disable Record? check boxes selected will not show up when a list of mailing lists is displayed.
In the example below, the NATW VA State Members mailing list has been hidden/disabled.
As you can see, the NATW VA State Members mailing list is not displayed.
To locate a hidden mailing list you must select the Find Mailing List link on the e-Marketing / Overview page.
Clicking the Find Mailing List link will launch the Find – Mailing List form that will allow you to enter criteria to search for a specific mailing list.
To find a hidden/disabled mailing list, click the Hidden/Disabled check box.
Click the Go button.
This will return a list of all mailing lists that have had their Hide/Disable Record? check box selected. In this case, the NATW VA State Members mailing list is now shown.
