You may display customers who are not members in the Member Directory. Two Web Site System Options have been created so that you may activate this option yourself through the Web Site module. They are:

Setting either of these system options to true (or 1) respectively, dictates that non-member search results also be displayed in the Individual and Organization Directory (in addition to member results).
Notice, for example, in the search results above, two results on the last name “Beall” returned one member and one non-member. The Member Type label is now displayed with the member’s memberships displayed whereas, if you have enabled non-members as discussed above, the label Non-Member is specified for the second “Beall” returned.
Note that if you disable the ability to display Member Types, which is also new and discussed in the next section, both results will still be returned sans the Member Type label. As a result, which “Beall” is the member and which is the non-member is not as easily understood. You will simply have a directory listing of both members and non-members with no labels. Keep this in mind.).
