Individual and Organization Search Results on eWeb

When you search for individuals or organizations using the Individual or Organization Directory in your eWeb site, the number of records returned is displayed in the upper left corner of the directory results page.

 

If the search returns more than 25 records, the results will be arranged into Pages of 25 records each.

In previous versions of eWeb, even if there were more than 300 possible results, only 300 total records would be viewable in search results. Recent updates have made it possible to view more than 300 records on your eWeb page. Ten pages of 25 records per page, up to 250, are viewable at once. For records beyond 250, click Next to gain access to the next 250 records.

In the screenshot above, note that 252 records have been returned by the search. Records 1 through 25 are displayed on page 1.

When your search returns several pages of results, you may click the number of the page that you want to view to navigate results. As highlighted in the example, clicking page 2 will display results 26-50.

 

If you have more than 10 pages of results, you may access records beyond page 10 by clicking Next. If your search returned sufficient results, the next 11-20 pages of results will load.

 

In the example preserved in the screenshot, only 253 results were returned, so the results go only to page 11.
