Renewing a Single Membership Online

You can pay for single memberships online using My Transactions under My Information.

To pay for a membership online:

  1. Login to the Web Site.

  2. Click the View Membership button in the Shopping Cart to go to the My Transactions page.

  1. The membership information for the customer will be displayed.  Terminated memberships will not appear. If price for a membership renewal is NOT checked to be shown online, then the customer will not see either the renew now or pay open order link as displayed below. If you want customers to use this functionality be sure that your member type set up includes showing the dues fees online.

  2. If you have not run the dues renewal action process, then the customer will see the Renew Now link on the membership data row.

  1. By clicking on the Renew Now link, the membership type to be renewed will be displayed.  Click the Renew button.

  1. The dues renewal order has been created. Click Exit.

  1. After the dues renewal order is created by the customer or by the staff member from the renewal action process, the customer will see the Pay Open Order link.

  2. Click the Pay Open Order and select the membership dues order to pay.

  3. Enter Payment Information and click Next.

  4. Enter the Billing Information and then click Next and continue to the end of the Wizard.

For this functionality to be enabled, your organization must be set-up for Single Memberships.
