Copying Event Registrant Demographic Setup from One Event to Another

The Copy Event feature also copies the event registrant demographic fields (e.g., special accommodation requirements text box) from one event to another.

To copy event registrant demographic setup:

1. Go to the Event Profile.
2. Click on the Copy Event link from the Links dropdown menu.
3. In the Copy Event window, make sure the Copy Reg. Demographics check box is selected.
4. Click Copy. The event demographic information, as well as the mapping required to transfer those demographics to an individual's customer record, are copied to the new event.
