Applying Tax Exemptions in the Online Store

On eWeb, when the Primary Contact person for a tax-exempt organization purchases a taxable product for the organization, the tax on the product will be not be added to the order or invoice.

During the checkout process, the Shipping Method & Tax Options page displays the message No taxes applicable: Customer has tax exemption.

This message also displays on the Submit Order page in eWeb.

You will see the same message on the Order Submitted page.
