Adding Components to a Bundle

You can add components to a Product Bundle and sell the bundle as one product. The components can be from any of the product categories (i.e., membership, events, merchandise, subscriptions, etc.).

If a component is tracked in inventory, when the bundle is purchased, the inventory for the component will be reduced accordingly. If there is no inventory on hand for one of the components, the bundle cannot be purchased.
  1. Navigate to the Bundle Profile.
  2. Click the Add Component button OR locate the Components child form and click the Add icon. The Bundle Component Information form will appear.
  3. On the Bundle Component Information form, select the Product Type (the type of product to be added to the Bundle).
  4. Enter the Product Name. (The Product Type selected (previous step) determines the names that display in the drop-down list.
  5. Select the Distribution Order. (This identifies the order in which the Components should be paid, if partial payment is applied to the Bundle.)

  1. Click Save to add the Component to the Bundle.
  2. Add additional Components to the Bundle Profile in the same manner.
