Adding a Fee for a Bundle

After you add the Bundle Components, you can add the Bundle Fees.

When you set up the fees, you can use price qualifiers, so that the Bundle is available to specific target groups (optional.)
  1. Navigate to the Bundle Profile.
  2. Click the Add Fee button OR locate the Fee child form and click the Add icon. The Bundle Fee and Components Information form will appear.
  3. On the Bundle Fee and Components Information form, enter the Bundle Fee Code.
  4. Enter the Bundle Member Fee (required).
  5. Enter the Bundle Non-Member Fee (required).
  6. Select the Distribution Template for each Component. The Distribution Template (Price Fee Code) determines the Charge Code distribution for that Component in the Bundle.
  7. Enter the Component Member Fee (required). The total for the Component Member Fees must match the Bundle Member Fee.
  8. Enter the Component Non-Member Fee (required). The total Component Non-Member Fees must match the Bundle Non-Member Fee.

  1. Click Save.

If the total of the Component Member Fees or the total of the Component Non-Member Fees don't match the Bundle Member Fee and Bundle Non-Member Fees, you will receive an error message, as the one shown below.

If new Components are added to a Bundle later, you must update the Bundle and Component Member and Non-Member Fees with the new pricing information. (Click the Edit button on the Bundle Profile to open the Bundle Fee and Components Information form.)

You can set up multiple fees for the components and use price qualifiers to target specific customers.

The total for the Component Member Fees must match the Bundle Member Fee. The total Component Non-Member Fees must match the Bundle Non-Member Fee.

The multiple fees display on the Bundle Profile, Fees tab, Fees child form.
