Exporting Organization Record Information to a File (Quick Report)

You can export information from organization records to a file using the Quick Report icon that appears in the upper right corner of the List Organization page.

To export records using the quick report feature:

  1. With the list of records displayed, click the Quick Report icon in the upper right corner of the page. This opens the Quick Report window.
  2. Expand the file format list by clicking on the Export icon in the Quick Report window. This displays the list of available file formats for your quick report.
    • Export to XML File with Report Data
    • Export to CSV (Comma Delimited) File
    • Export to Acrobat (PDF) File
    • Export to MHTML (Web Archive)
    • Export to Excel Format
    • Export to TIFF File Format
    • Export to Word

  3. Select the desired format by clicking on its name in the list of available file formats. This will open the File Download pop-up window asking you to confirm if you would like to open or save this file.
  4. Click the Open button if you just wish to view the quick report, click the Save button if you would like to save a copy of the quick report. Your quick report is now available for viewing on your local machine, or saved to the directory you specified.
