Profile Reports
Several report options are available through profile pages on the Links left navigation box. These report options are reports that are frequently used by customers when an Individual report is needed and have now been placed in a more easily accessible area as a result rather than forcing you to go to the Reports module. For example, the profiles and their corresponding reports now available include:
- Individual Profile > Individual Profile Report and Membership Card Report
- Organization Profile > Organization Profile Report and Membership Card Report
- Event Registrant Profile > Registrant Badge Report
- Order Profile > Order Report
- Invoice Profile > Invoice Report
To access a profile report:
- Access the profile page on which the report is to be run.
- Hover over the Reports icon, located in the upper-right corner. In the example below, an Individual Profile was used.
- Click the link of the profile report you wish to run. In the example below, the Individual Profile Report was used.
- Select the report parameters that you want to display and click the Go button. The selected report results will appear.
Certain demographics fields are sortable in query and report results, including the CheckBox (Flag), DatetexBox, TextBox (currency), TextBox (string), and TextBox (integer). For more information on setting up custom demographics fields, see the help topic: Creating Custom Demographic Data Fields.
