Setting Up the Registrant Type Drop-Down List

The registrant type tracks the type of event registrant.

Example: Registrant Type: student, press, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor. spouse.

You can add, edit, or delete drop-down list items.

To set up a registrant type:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.
  2. Expand the Overview group item. Click Events Set Up.
  3. Click the Registrant child form tab.
  4. Click the expand icon next to the Registrant Types child form heading.

  1. Click the Add icon. This will open the Registrant Type Information form.
  2. Enter the name of the new registrant type in the Registrant Type Code field.
  3. Click the Display in Internal Shopping? check box if you would like this registrant type to be available in the iWeb shopping cart.
  4. Click the Display in External Shopping? check box if you would like this registrant type to be available in the eWeb shopping cart.
  5. Click Save .

To edit a registrant type:

  1. Click the edit button next to the registrant type you would like to edit.
  2. Make your changes and click Save.

To delete a registrant type from the drop-down list:

  1. Click the delete button next to the registrant type you would like to delete.
  2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
