Setting Up the Speaker Rankings Drop-Down List

You can use Speaker Ranking categories to track the speaker’s success with the audience.

Example: Speaker Rankings: gold, silver, bronze.

Adding Speaker Ranking Information

You can add , edit , or delete drop-down list items.

To set up speaker ranking categories:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.
  2. Expand the Overview group item. Click Events Set Up.
  3. Click the Speakers tab to view its child forms.
  4. Click the expand icon next to the Speaker Rankings child form heading. This will display the current list of Speaker Rankings available.

  1. Click the Add icon. This will open the Speaker Rankings pop-up window.
  2. Enter the name of the new speaker ranking in the Ranking Category field.
  3. Enter a description in the Ranking Description field.
  4. Click the Save button.

Tip:  You may also access Events Setup through the Events module > Overview group item > Overview and Setup hyperlink.

To edit a speaker ranking:

  1. Click the edit button next to the speaker ranking you would like to edit.
  2. Make your changes and click Save.

To delete a speaker ranking from the drop-down list:

  1. Click the delete button next to the speaker ranking you would like to delete.
  2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
