Listing the Errors and Bounce Backs of a Message Sent by the Messaging Job Wizard

To list the recipients of a message sent by the Messaging Job Wizard:

  1. Navigate to the Messaging Job Information Profile.
  2. Expand the Scheduled Jobs & Sent Statistics child form.
  3. Click the folder icon next to the date listed in the Scheduled Date column you wish to view.
  4. Click the GoTo icon next to the date you wish to preview. This will open the Messaging Job Information page.
  1. Click the List Errors and Bounce Backs icon.

The List - Messaging Log Error window displays the messaging error log.

Note: Messaging job log errors older than 14 days will not appear in this list.

  1. Click on an error message in the list for more information about that error message.

    2. The Messaging Error Information window displays.
