Viewing Errors That Occurred During Transmission of a Messaging Job

To view the errors that occurred during transmission of a Messaging Job:

  1. Navigate to the Messaging Job Information Profile.
  2. Under the Scheduled Jobs & Sent Statistics child form, locate the Errors column. If any errors have occurred during the transmission of a messaging job the total number of errors will appear in this column.

Tip: If a partner-integrated e-mail provider (such as Informz or Constant Contact) is set as the e-mail provider for your netFORUM site, the Scheduled Jobs & Sent Statistics child form will not appear in the Messaging Job Information Profile. If necessary, check your eMarketing system options to determine the EmailProvider setting.
