Sending E-Mail Correspondence

There are three ways to send e-mail correspondence using netFORUM Pro:

A direct communication (1 to 1) from an Individual or Organization profile. This method does not include any ”unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

Sending

• Sending emails to a list of Individuals or Organizations from a list.  This list can be the results of a search or a query, or it can be customers in a mailing list. This method does include the ”unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
• Using the messaging job setup wizard. This is the preferred method of sending emails to a big list of customers.  The messaging engine setup can be based on queries or mailing lists. This method also includes the ”unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
• Basically, whenever you are sending an email to more than one recipient, the ”unsubscribe” link will be included and is mandatory. Only when you initiate a one-to-one communication with just one recipient will it be excluded.
