Searching for an Exhibitor Contract

To search for a Contract from the Exhibits module:

  1. On the Exhibits Overview page, click the Find a Contract link.

  1. On the Find Exhibit Contract page, enter search criteria to find the contract. (You can use a "wild card" (%) to find ALL contracts.)

  1. On the List page, click the go to arrow to go to the Exhibitor Contract Profile.

The Exhibitor Contract Profile contains information about the contract including accounting, booth, and personnel information. You can use the Shopping Cart link on the Exhibitor Contract Profile to purchase booths. You can add booth personnel using the Add Booth Personnel link. You can cancel the contract using the Cancel Contract link. From the Accounting tab, you can go to the invoice or order for the contract.
