Adding Exhibitor Priority Points

You can enter Priority Points from the Exhibitor Contract Profile. A priority point system enables a show to set-up an accumulation and ranking system of points which will then determine the priority in which booths for the following year's show may be selected. For example, points may be earned by booth purchase/exhibits for this year's show (larger booth purchases warrant more points and so forth), sponsorship, corporate memberships and donations. The priority point system may then allow companies that accumulate the most points the opportunity to sign up for booth space for the following year's show.

To add priority points to an Exhibitor Contract:

  1. Go to the Exhibitor Contract Profile.
  2. Click the Edit button.

  1. Enter the Priority Points.
  2. Click Save.

The Priority Points can be viewed on the Exhibitor Contract Profile, Contracts tab.

You can enter Priority Points for purchasing an Exhibit Show when you create the Exhibit Show Profile.

You can enter Priority Points when you add exhibit booth inventory.

You can add Priority Points when the contract is purchased.

You can add Priority Points when a booth is purchased.
