Running a Report

The Reports module uses Reports Central to create reports from information in your database.

To run reports:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar and in the fly-out menu click Reports.
  2. Expand the Report Central group item and click Reports.
  3. In the Module & Category section, select a module from the Module drop-down list (required).
  4. Narrow the search by selecting a topic from the Category drop-down list (required).
  5. In the Run column, click the Go button next to the report to run the report.
  6. In the Report Parameters window, select the required information for the report and click GO.
  7. The results matching the report parameters display.

  8. Select a file format from the Export Format drop-down list.
  9. Clicking the report format displays a message prompting to open or save this file.

  10. Click whether to Open or Save the generated report.

The information is converted into the selected file format. Save or print the file.

The Open/Save message format varies based on the browser used. Some browsers have an information bar at the bottom of the browser window. Other browsers produce a pop-up window.
