Running a Report
The Reports module uses Reports Central to create reports from information in your database.
To run reports:
- Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar and in the fly-out menu click Reports.
- Expand the Report Central group item and click Reports.
- In the Module & Category section, select a module from the Module drop-down list (required).
- Narrow the search by selecting a topic from the Category drop-down list (required).
- In the Run column, click the Go button next to the report to run the report.
- In the Report Parameters window, select the required information for the report and click GO.
- Select a file format from the Export Format drop-down list.
- Click whether to Open or Save the generated report.
The results matching the report parameters display.
Clicking the report format displays a message prompting to open or save this file.
The information is converted into the selected file format. Save or print the file.
