Creating Mailing Labels
Creating a list of mailing labels is a two step process: creating a Mailing List and running the Mailing List report.
To run the Mailing List report and create the Mailing Labels:

Click the Reports tab to go to the Reports Overview page.

From the Module drop-down list, select CRM.

From the Category drop-down list, select Individuals.

Click the Mailing List report Go button to run the report.

In the Report Parameters window, select the mailing list from the Mailing List drop-down list that you want to create labels for.

Click Go to run the Mailing List Report.
- The resulting Mailing List report may be exported to Word or PDF file format for printing.
From the Mailing List Profile, you can add individuals to this mailing list at any time.
To create a single mailing label for an individual, visit the Individual Profile and use the Copy Contact Info to Clipboard icon.
