Viewing an Individual's Communications

View a list of an individual's communications from the Individual Profile, Communications child form. This list includes only e-mail messages sent using the e-Marketing message templates.

To view a list of an individual's communications:

  1. Navigate to the Individual Profile.

  2. On the Individual Profile, click the Correspondence child form tab.

  3. Expand the Communications child form; you can view a list of messages sent using the messaging feature.

Note that the Communications child form only stores messages that have been sent in the 24 hours before archiving them.

That data will be returned to the Correspondence tab/ Communications child form as well.

Note: You will need to collapse and expand the child form to see the archived data that has been returned. If there is a lot of correspondence the user may see the processing icon as it pulls back the data.
