Tracking an Organization’s Business and Billing Address information

When you edit an organization's business or billing address information from the Organization Profile screen, the history of changes to those addresses is recorded under the Log child form tab, under the Address Change Log.

Note: For information on editing an organization's Address information, see: Editing Organization Name & Address Information.

  1. Navigate to the Organization Profile.
  2. Click the Log child form tab.
  3. Click the expand button on the Address Change Log child form.

Note that changes to address information have been recorded in the Address Change Log child form. The address type that was changed is listed, as are the old and new addresses, the date on which the address was changed, and the user who made the edits.
