Copying and Pasting Images Into Your E-Mail Template

Note: Before you can begin using images in your E-mail templates, you must first upload them into your Image Gallery. View the Help topic on Uploading the Marketing Images for more information.

Once you have the images uploaded to your Image Gallery, you can then easily insert them into your E-mail Templates using clicking the Image icon on your correspondence templates.

Remember to use a description when you upload your images to the Image Gallery, otherwise it will be difficult to make a selection in the Insert Image drop-down. For tips on inserting hyperlinks to uploaded documents in your E-mails, view the Help topic on Linking to Uploaded Documents in netFORUM.
