Note: If you are using the Informz Integration with netFORUM, the Messaging Job Setup Wizard will have a slightly different look and feel. Further, not all steps will be available since some functions are handled by Informz. For more information, view Using Informz for eMarketing.
In the Messaging Job Setup Wizard, on the Customize the E-Mail Template page, you can insert a hyperlink to your online store by copying and pasting HTML from the Web Site Product Link list.
Note: To use the Web Site Links feature, you should have a basic understanding of HTML.
To insert a hyperlink to a product in the online store:
- On the Customize the E-Mail Template page, type the text for your message in the HTML text box.
- Select the product from the Web Site Product Links drop-down list. The HTML for the link displays in the next field.

Click the Copy to Clipboard icon to copy the HTML code.
- Click the Source
button. - Place your mouse cursor in the document where you want to insert the HTML for the link to the Web page.
- Right-click and press <CTRL>-V.
- Edit the text between the brackets (e.g., >Click Here<) to say whatever you want, as long as the rest of the HTML remains intact.
Click the Source button again, and you will see the text for the link.
