Creating a Link from the Template to an External Web Page

You can insert a hyperlink to an external Web page using the Insert Hyperlink feature.

To insert a hyperlink to a Web site page into your template:

1. Enter the text for the message in the HTML Message Body.
2. Highlight the word(s) you want to link to a Web page.

3. Click the Insert Hyperlink icon. This will open the Hyperlink pop-up window.

4. In the Hyperlink window, enter the Web site address in the URL field.

   

5. Click OK.

This creates the hyperlink to the Web page.
