Registering a Guest for an Event on iWeb

The Shopping Wizard allows you to register an individual and a guest in one process.

To register a guest on iWeb:

  1. Go to the Individual Profile.
  2. Click the Go Shopping hyperlink in the Actions menu drop-down.

  1. In the Online Store, select the event.

  1. Complete the event registration steps, beginning with selecting a registration fee, using the Event Registration Wizard.
  2. If the event has been set-up to allow guest registration, you will be prompted to register them through the wizard. View the help topic on Guest Registration using the Event Wizard for details.

Accessing the Guest Event Registrant Profile

If you go to the Individual Profile for the main event registrant, you will see the main event registration and the guest registration on the Activities tab. The guest registration is identified by Yes marked in the Guest column.

To go to the Event Registrant Profile for the guest, click the Go To arrow next to the guest's name.

On the Event Registrant Profile, in the Badge Information section, you will see the text "This registrant is a Guest" and the Badge Name,  First Name and Last Name of the guest. Notice that the main event registrant is still noted in the upper left corner of the profile. Further, if you click the Go to Individual hyperlink, you will be taken to the main registrant's individual profile.

At the bottom of the Event Registrant Profile you will see these links:

  • Add Guest(s) - Click to add additional guests to the event.
  • Add Session(s) - Click to add the guest registrant to event sessions.
  • View / Resend E-Mail - Click to view / resend confirmation emails.
  • Cancel Registration - Click to cancel the event registration for this registrant.

Viewing a List of Guest Registrants

To quickly view a list of event registrants (including guests) go to the Event Profile and click on the List Registrants hyperlink from the Actions menu drop-down.

On the List of Event Registrants page, the guest registrations are identified with a check mark in the Guest column.
