Adding Speaker Ranking Information

Speaker feedback (ranking details) can be added from the Speaker Profile, Speaker Information window that are first set-up in Event Set Up. During your events, you can request feedback for your Speakers using a system that best fits your organization. For example, you may use a numbering system or a standard poor, fair, good, etc., ranking system. netFORUM then enables you to set those values up through Event Set Up under the Speakers tab > Speaker Rankings child form which, in turn, enables you to rank your Speakers for future follow-up on those you may want for return events.

To set-up your ranking system, go to the Event module > Overview > Setup. Click Add under Speaker Rankings to begin adding the Speaker Ranking values you will use. Use a system that makes the most sense for your Association.

You may add additional ranking details on the Speaker Profile; for example, why the speaker earned the ranking selected.

To add speaker feedback or ranking details on the Speaker Profile:

  1. Go to the Speaker Profile.
  2. Click the Edit Info hyperlink from the Edit menu to open the Speaker Information window.
  3. Add (or edit) the Rank Details.
  4. Click Save.
