Navigating to the Exhibitor Contract Profile

Navigate to an Exhibitor Contract Profile from the Organization Profile. You may also reach and edit exhibitor contract information from the Exhibits Overview page.

Navigating to an Exhibitor Contract Profile From the Organization Profile

To access and edit the Exhibitor Contract Profile from the Organization Profile:

  1. Navigate to the Organization Profile.
  2. Click the Activities child form tab.
  3. Expand the Exhibits child form by clicking the expand button.

  1. Click the Go to icon next to an exhibit to navigate to the Exhibitor Contract Profile.

To edit the Exhibitor Contract Profile, click the Edit button to open the Contract Profile form and update the contract information.

Editing an Exhibitor Contract Profile From the Exhibits Module

In addition to being able to access and edit an Exhibitor Contract Profile from the Organization Profile, you can also edit an Exhibitor Contract from the Exhibits Overview page.

To edit an Exhibitor Contract from the Exhibits Overview page:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Exhibits.
  2. On the Exhibits / Overview page click the Find a Contract hyperlink.

  1. The Find—Exhibit Contract form will appear. Enter search criteria to search for the desired exhibit contract. (To return all exhibit contracts in search results, enter the wild card character (%) in any search field.)

Note: To run a more specific search using Boolean expressions such as "Begins With", "Contains", "Is Not Equal To", and more, click the Advanced Search check box. Boolean search options will appear next to the form fields.

  1. Click Go to perform the search.
  2. The List—Exhibit Contract page displays. Click the Go To arrow next to the organization name to access the Exhibit Contract Profile form.

The Contract Profile form allows you to update the preferred organization and contact addresses, the primary contact name, as well as contract information such as the contract number, contract dates, status, and more. From the Contract Profile you can:

  • Update the Org Preferred Address.
  • Select the Primary Contact.
  • Select the Contact Preferred Address.
  • Enter a Contract Number.
  • Specify a Send Date, Receive Date, and Confirm Date.
  • Select a Status and specify whether or not the contract is On Waiting List.
  • Enter Priority Points and Booth Choices.

Changes made to the information in the Contract Profile form are reflected on the Exhibit Contract Profile. Note in the example below that details entered in the Contract Profile form now appear on the Exhibit Contract Profile.
