Subscription Status Setup

You have the ability to assign a subscription status to your subscriptions. Similar to member type status, this enables you to specify that a subscription is active, expired, on hold, and so forth. It is set up just as member type statuses are arranged.

To set up subscription statuses, complete the following steps:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration. The Administration Overview page will appear.
  2. Expand the Overview group item and click Subscription Set Up. This will open the Subscription Set Up page.

  1. Click the Add icon on the Subscription Status child form to open the Subscription Status Information pop-up window.

  1. Enter the name of the new status in the Subscription field (required).

  1. Click the Save button. The new status will be displayed on the Subscription Status child form.

Once your subscription status values have been set up, you can then set what state each subscription should reside in once purchased (or flipped to).

When this subscription is purchased, the Subscriber will be set to this status automatically on the Subscriber Profile (access via the Individual Profile > Subscriptions Tab > Current Subscriptions child form).
