Uploading Subscription Images

Assigning an image and description to a subscription helps to illustrate what the subscription is about. You can edit or upload a new image for your subscription from the Subscription Profile. If the image becomes outdated, you may also delete and upload a new image.

Editing and Uploading Images

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Profile.
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Edit/Upload Image hyperlink.

  1. In theImage Upload form, click the Choose File button in the Image File field to locate the graphic file.

  1. In the Open file window, select the desired graphic file and click Open. The Open file window will automatically close.
  2. In the Image Upload form, note that the file name that you selected now appears in the Image File field. Enter a Description for the subscription.
  3. Click Save/Upload Image.

The image you selected now displays on the Subscription Profile.

Entering the Shopping Cart Description for a Subscription

Creating a shopping cart description for a subscription helps to give the purchaser a better idea of the product being purchased.

To enter a Shopping Cart Description for a subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Profile.
  2. In the Online & Additional Info section, click the Shopping Text Info hyperlink.
  3. In the HTML Description Information form, enter a description and click Save. (The description can be up to 100 characters.)

The Subscription Description displays on the Shopping Cart, on the Subscription Details page.

If your images are not displaying after uploading, you may need to make sure your Web site is enabled to display thumbnails. View, How Do I Upload a Thumbnail Image on eWeb, for more information.

Deleting an Image

To delete an image from the subscription profile:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Profile.
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Edit/Upload Image hyperlink.

  1. In the Image Upload window, click the Delete Uploaded Image button.
  2. A pop up will appear confirming that you wish for the file to be deleted. Click Ok.
