Adding an Appeal to a Campaign

An Appeal is usually a type of solicitation for donations or other charitable gifts. It is normally obtained through direct mailers, door-to-door, telethons, or various other fundraising campaigns. As a result, you may add an Appeal directly from a Campaign Profile.

To add an Appeal to a Campaign, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Add Appeal button on the action bar of the Campaign Profile. The Add Appeal window will appear.

  1. Enter an Appeal Code. (REQUIRED)
  2. Enter a Description.
  3. Enter the Appeal’s Start and End Date.
  4. Enter the Goal amount for the Appeal.

Once saved, your Appeal will appear on the Appeal tab and childform on the Campaign Profile.

If you click the Goto arrow, you will navigate to the Appeal Profile.

Notice that you may Add Notes to an Appeal similar to Adding a Note to a Fund.
