Adding Users to a Manual Batch

Multiple Users can be assigned to a Manual Batch. Once a user is assigned to a batch, they should select a Default Batch.

Note: When a batch is created or copied, the individual creating or copying the batch is automatically added as a user and appears in the Users Assigned to this Batch child form.

To add users to a batch:

  1. Navigate to the Batch Profile to which the user will be added.
  2. Click the Users child form tab, located in the Batch Profile.
  3. Click the Add icon located on the right side of the Users Assigned to This Batch child form. This opens the User Batch Information pop-up window.

  1. Expand the User drop-down menu to display a list of users for the entity.
  2. Select the user to be added from the User drop-down menu.

  1. Click Save. The user name displays on the Users Assigned to this Batch child form.
