Adding a Primary Organization for a Contact

Indicate a Primary Organization to associate with a contact on the netFORUM Individual Profile.

Adding a Primary Organization on the Individual Profile

  1. Navigate to the Individual Profile.

  2. On the Individual Profile, hover over the Edit icon located at the top of the profile to expand the Edit drop-down menu.

  1. Select Edit Name and Address. The Personal Information form will appear.
  2. In the Personal Information form, locate the Affiliation Information—Search Database section.
    In the Primary Org field, enter all or part of the primary organization's name and click the lookup button to select it from the organization list, or leave the field blank and click the lookup button to select from all organization names.

  1. Click Save to preserve changes.

The Primary Org name displays on the Individual Profile screen, in the Linked Information section.

You may also see the relationship status on the Primary Organization Profile, under the Relations child form tab, in the Linked Individuals child form, as highlighted in the image below.
