Navigating to the Committee Member Information Profile

Using the Find Members Function

1. Navigate to the Committee Profile.
2. On the Committee Profile, hover over the profile menu action icon and select Find Membersfrom the drop-down menu.

Alternatively, you may also click the Find Members action icon on the Committee Profile.

3. Enter search criteria in the Find—Committee Participant form. To use Boolean operators in your search, click the Advanced Search check box.

4. Once search parameters have been entered, click Go.
5. The List—Committee Participant page will appear. Click the go to icon next to the name of the desired committee member to navigate to their profile.

The Committee Member Information page displays.

Note: The Committee Member Information Profile is also accessible from the Individual Profile under the Activities tab, in the Committees child form.

Using the List Members Function

There are three types of List Members functions available on the Committee Profile page:

• List Active Members -lists members whose status is currently set to active.
• List Inactive Members - lists members whose status is currently set to inactive.
• List Future Members - lists members whose Start Date is set to a date greater than the current day's date.

All of the List Members options are available by expanding the Actions menu.
