Setting Up the Committee Types Drop-Down List
The committee type reflects the purpose of the committee, for example, awards, policy, governing body, or task force.
The Committee Types Drop-down List
You can add, edit, or delete drop-down list items from the Committee Types list on the Committee Information page.
To add a Committee Type to the drop-down list:
- Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.
- On the Administration / Overview page, expand the Overview group item and click Committee Set Up.
- Click the expand
icon next to the Committee Types child form heading. This will display the current list of committee types available.
- Click the Add
icon. This will open the Committee Type Information pop-up window.
- Enter the name of the new committee type in the Committee Type field.
- Click Save. This adds the committee type to the Committee Type drop-down list.
To edit a committee type:

Click the edit button next to the list item you would like to edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.
To delete a committee type from the drop-down list:
- Click the delete button next to the list item you would like to delete.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
