Setting Up the Committee Types Drop-Down List

The committee type reflects the purpose of the committee, for example, awards, policy, governing body, or task force.

The Committee Types Drop-down List

You can add, edit, or delete drop-down list items from the Committee Types list on the Committee Information page.

To add a Committee Type to the drop-down list:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.
  2. On the Administration / Overview page, expand the Overview group item and click Committee Set Up.

  1. Click the expand icon next to the Committee Types child form heading. This will display the current list of committee types available.
  2. Click the Add icon. This will open the Committee Type Information pop-up window.
  3. Enter the name of the new committee type in the Committee Type field.
  4. Click Save. This adds the committee type to the Committee Type drop-down list.

To edit a committee type:

  1. Click the edit button next to the list item you would like to edit.

  2. Make your changes and click Save.

To delete a committee type from the drop-down list:

  1. Click the delete button next to the list item you would like to delete.
  2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
