Setting Up Moneris as a Payment Processing Option

netFORUM Pro Pro is also compatible with the Moneris payment system. Moneris is a well known payment processor based in Canada. While Moneris is not exclusive to Canada, the primary purpose of this feature is to accommodate Abila’s Canadian customers.

To enable Moneris for your Abila netFORUM Pro entity, complete the following steps:

Registering for Moneris Services

Compose an e-mail to productpartners@avectra.com with the following information:

  1. Merchant Name
  2. Address
  3. City and Province/State
  4. Zip or Postal Code
  5. Country
  6. Contact First and Last Name
  7. Contact Phone Number
  8. Contact E-mail
  9. Merchant Web site

A Moneris representative will contact you about setting up an account. Once your account has been established, you may then set up your payment processor in netFORUM Pro.

Modifying Payment Processing Setup

Once you have received your Moneris account information, you must modify your Payment Processing Setup information to include Moneris credentials.

To modify your Payment Processing Setup:

  1. Click the Accounting hyperlink on the Module Menu to launch the Accounting module.
  2. On the Accounting Overview page, click Setup.
  3. On the Accounting Overview and Setup page, expand the Payment Processing Setup child form.

  1. Click the edit icon next to the Payment Processing Setup for your association. This will open the Payment Processing Setup Information window.

  1. Click the Moneris icon. This will launch the Moneris window, which displays fields necessary to enable Moneris payment processor options.

  1. Enter Moneris credentials into the Moneris Store ID and Moneris API Token fields.
  2. Click Save.
