Setting Up a Time Zone for an Event

You can enter a time zone for your event when adding the event information. This is important if the event is online and attendees will be in different time zones. Time zone information may also be important for event attendees who will be traveling to the event from a different time zone.

To add a Time Zone:

  1. Add an Event.
  2. Click the Time Zone drop-down in the Key event dates & times section of the Event Information form and select the correct time zone.
