Uploading an Image for an Event

To display an image next to an event listed in the Shopping Cart or Online Store, upload the image from the Events Profile.

To upload an image:

  1. Go to the Event Profile.
  2. In the Demographic Setup section, click the Upload/Edit Image hyperlink.

  1. In the Image Upload window, click the Browse button to locate the graphic file.
  2. Notice that if you have previously uploaded an image for this event, you may click the Delete Uploaded Image button to remove it.
  3. In the Choose File window, select the graphic file, and click Open.
  4. Enter a Description for the event image if desired and click Save/Upload Image.

The image displays on the Shopping page, next to the event information.

The image will also display on the Upcoming Events, My Events, and Event Details page(s) on eWeb.

Tip: If your images are not displaying after uploading, you may need to make sure your Web site is enabled to display thumbnails. View, How Do I Upload a Thumbnail Image on eWeb, for more information.
