Setting Up the Event Capacity or Registration Limit

You can set an event capacity or registration limit when you set up an event.

To set an event registration limit:

1. Go to the Event Profile.
2. Select the Restrict Capacity check box.
3. Select the Allow Wait List check box if desired.
4. Indicate the number of available registration slots in the Capacity field.

Note: The Currently Available field displays how may registrations are left based upon the Capacity field you have set up. If you increase or decrease the Capacity field, the Currently Available field will update appropriately based upon current registrations.
