Transferring an Event Registration to Another Individual

If you want to transfer an event registration to a different individual, you can do so using one of three methods:

• Edit the badge information of the current registrant on the Event Registrant Profile. The original registrant maintains the original invoice for the event registration.
• Substitute the registrant with another individual. The event must be set up to allow for substitutes. Again, the original registrant maintains the registration invoice.
• Cancel the original registration invoice and register the new attendee through shopping as a brand new registrant.
